Please join us for our Advent midweek worship series, “God With Us”. Each week will focus on a different word picture of the coming Christ found in the poetic and prophetic words of Isaiah. We will be using Holden Evening Prayer.

Dates : December 5th at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 7:00 p.m.
December 12th at Hope Lutheran Church 7:00 p.m.
December 19th at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 7:00 p.m.

Join us at Hope Lutheran November 11th for Music Appreciation & Worship. We will be giving thanks once again for the music we enjoy so much, especially from our own Sam Pasco! This committee will host social hour following the service.

We will begin collecting for the Christmas Family. Please have your donation in the offering by December 2nd so that the committee has time to shop.

We have begun collecting for the Thanksgiving certificates. Please have your donation in the offering by November 11th.

Robin and her grandchildren again will sponsor the luminaries for Christmas Eve. We are in need of more clear 2 liter bottles to use for candles. If you have any, please bring them and place beside the office door.

Let Pastor or Becky know if you can visit the Faith Restoration Food Pantry Ministry at 186 Wagner Road in Monaca on Tuesday, October 20th @ 11:30 a.m. We’re collecting plastic grocery bags in the Sunday School room to take wit us. These are used when they break quantities of food into smaller portions, and the bags are always welcomed!

Everyone is invited and encouraged to wear Red as we celebrate the movement of the Holy Spirit Sunday, October 28th.

All Saints Sunday will be November 4. If you would like a loved one to be remembered during the prayers that day, please fill out the form in the bulletin and place it in the offering plate.

Collection for Hurricane Victims: 

Pastor Freda is collecting donations of spam and canned tuna to take down to Brunswick County, North Carolina, for distribution to those affected by the hurricane. Please bring any donations to the church by Sunday, November 4.
